Introduction:

This machine is especially designed for making multi-color liquid powder products, it combines both side and bottom filling, alternative or both filling methods can be adopted for a diversified application and various product patterns and designs, such as the 3-dimensional concave-convex design.

Target Products:

Fancy / Non-fancy Multi-color Eye Shadow or Blush with / without pearl shine and so on.

With HMI control, the machine is easy for operation.

Both side and bottom filling are applicable for comprehensive products production.

The rotary table is driven by indexer for precise positioning.

The fill-up can be regulated independently.

Feeding area is 90x90mm.

6 or 8-color filling is optional for each station, when both stations are working, 12-16 colors can be filled.

According to the specific design, side and bottom filling are both applicable on one product or only bottom filling can be used.

With patented filling pistons, the powder filling can be leaking-free with stable pressure and the finished product quality can be ensured.

With cone-shaped tanks, the powder supply can be more stable.

A solvent recycling bucket is attached.
